The holidays are a time of celebration, joy, and plenty of delicious food. But all that rich indulgence can lead to some unwelcome gut health issues. If you’re looking to stay healthy this holiday season, here are some tips for keeping your gut in great shape.
Eat Probiotic Foods
Probiotics help to keep the bacteria in your gut healthy and balanced, which is essential for good digestion.
