Imagine that you’re placing your self-worth in a box, you seal the box and you gently place it at the bottom of a heart and very slowly you begin to bury this box under layer upon layer of limiting beliefs, under layers of subconscious fears and negative self-talk, such as; "I am not enough, I am unworthy, I am not smart enough, if only I could be like this person, if I only was skinnier or prettier, if only I was more creative or if only I had more money".
Your self-worth is now sitting at the bottom, buried under the heavy burden of all these conditions that you have laid on yourself and now with your self-worth buried deep within your heart you begin to look for external factors to validate who you think you are or who others want you to be to make you feel worthy and maybe this works for a little while, but soon enough you have brought yourself back down to your knees, back to the emptiness where your self-worth once sat.

You need to make a full commitment to go deep within yourself. You can do this through meditations and positive self-affirmations, this is the way you can meet and transmute your limiting beliefs and subconscious fears…This is not just a one-time thing, this needs to be a commitment to show up to yourself and for yourself each and every day.
